We're currently experiencing Harmattan in West Africa, and it's Winter for a vast majority of the rest of the world. So, it's only natural that we open up our search engines to discover an oasis that is not only beautifully decorated, comfortable, and of course, does not require us to wear a coat or search for our lip balm every few minutes.

Our searches lead us right to Casa Pueblo. The architecturally sound hotel sits on the bustling street of Pueblo, Tulum, in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo.

The hotel offers 16 suites that surround an open atrium, which fully embraces the natural light. From weather-worn tiles to potted palms, Casa Pueblo boasts wooden shutters and wide stairwells that make us want to live here forever.

Consciously created, Casa Pueblo ensures that its bathroom products are environmentally friendly, and the entire premises remain free of single-use plastics. Speaking of bathrooms, the walk-in rain shower is an added bonus to a Harmattan/Winter getaway.
